Fees and License
To obtain a license, both parties must go to the courthouse and take a valid photo ID.  Call the county office before going to make sure you have all the documents they will need: 619-531-6248.

The fee is $50.00 and no blood test is required. The license is good for 90 days.
The Officiant fee is $275.00 and includes:
  • A caring officiant/minister to assist and/or create the perfect ceremony for you and your beloved
  • Free initial consultation: gives you a chance to interview me and make sure we are a good "fit"
  • Unlimited consultations to make it all "come together"
  • Performance of your ceremony, the way you envision this most joyous day
  • A copy of your special ceremony
  • License registration

  • Janis may be available for the rehearsal when requested for an additional fee of $60.00.
  • A travel fee may apply for areas outside San Diego.
